15. Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution You agree to first attempt to resolve disputes by contacting us directly. Arbitration If unresolved, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California under JAMS rules. No Class Actions Disputes must be brought individually. Class or representative actions are not permitted. Opt-OutYou may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first acceptance by contacting us.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the complete agreement between you and Beverly Hills Babies regarding use of the Platform and supersede prior agreements.
