First-Time Surrogates

$70,000 – $75,000 base salary depending on your location.

Experienced Surrogates

Compensation is tailored based on prior experience. Surrogates with prior successful journeys are often eligible for enhanced compensation reflecting their experience and demand.

Additional Earnings & Milestones

You will receive a minimum of $5,000 in additional bonuses, including:

$1,000 Medical Clearance
$1,000 Contract signing
$1,500 Cycle Start Support
$1,500 Pregnancy Bonus upon hearbeat confirmation

These milestones recognize your time and commitment to your journey before pregnancy is underway.

Full-Spectrum Support

Our program is designed to support you medically, financially, and personally from beginning to end.

This includes:

Comprehensive insurance coverage
Reimbursement for lost wages
Travel coordination and support
Emotional support and education resources
Additional compensation for specific medical circumstances (e.g., C-section, multiples)
